Returns & Refunds

Use this page to request a return, refund, or replacement. Every request is reviewed before return authorization is issued.

Unopened products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled.

Opened products

Due to the nature of research compounds, products with a broken vial or package seal are not eligible for return or refund.

Damage or discrepancies

Report products that arrive damaged, incorrect, mislabeled, or with a discrepancy against the listed certificate of analysis within 72 hours of delivery. Eligible claims receive a no-cost replacement or refund after review.

Before sending anything back

Submit the form and wait for return instructions. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted. Questions can also be sent to support@purifiedlife.net.
