Terms of Service

1. Research use only

All products sold by Pure Life are supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or clinical application of any kind. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials solely for lawful research.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear intended for personal consumption or resale for consumption.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices, availability and volume discounts are validated against live inventory at the moment your order is created; the amount charged is the amount calculated by our systems at that moment. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to amend or refund the affected line.

4. Volume pricing

Volume discounts apply automatically once quantity thresholds are met at checkout. Thresholds and discount rates are published on each product page and may be revised at any time. Volume discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive, transmit or store raw card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Orders are fulfilled only after payment has settled and been verified.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and replacements

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once a vial seal is broken. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. If a shipment arrives damaged, mislabeled, or with a discrepancy against the listed certificate of analysis, submit a request through our Returns & Refunds page within 72 hours of delivery for a no-cost replacement.

8. Certificates of analysis

Certificates of analysis are provided for informational purposes and reflect testing performed on a specific lot by an independent laboratory. They do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Life against any claim arising from your use, handling, storage or disposal of products purchased from us, including any use inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Governing law

The governing law and legal entity details must match the disclosures shown at checkout and the jurisdiction in which the store is operated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
